Please note that all artwork, prints and products on this website www.froosty.com and by the artist and creator FROOSTY - Christian Kernchen are printed and produced exclusively on request, which means that there is expressly no possibility of return, exchange or refund for these after a sale has been completed.

Please always check the item immediately after receiving your order to see if it is damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can immediately assess and resolve the problem.

Damaged artwork, prints and products purchased and paid for through our website and shop www.froosty.com can be replaced subject to and only if the relevant conditions and evidence are met.

However, please understand that we cannot carry out a correspondingly extensive inspection for this.

For this reason, we must insist that all damaged products are returned to us for inspection and replacement. It is imperative and a prerequisite that a written notification and extensive photo documentation of the damage is sent to us within 14 days of receiving the item. After this 14-day period has expired, we are unfortunately unable to replace any item.

If your complaint and return has been accepted and approved by us in writing, you will be notified immediately by email and we will send you a return label along with further procedures and processing.

Items that are returned to us without prior written return request will not be accepted.
