Shipping conditions of FROOSTY® – Christian Kernchen

FROOSTY® – Christian Kernchen are happy to accept most worldwide orders.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All artworks and prints are unique and produced individually for each customer. All works are made to order and hand-signed. It is very important to us to ship every order safely and professionally, both nationally and internationally, as quickly as possible after receipt of the order.

We work with professional logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx and other international shipping providers. As a small brand, we are also dependent on the respective processing times of these service providers.

Customers will be informed by email about the current processing status and shipping date, including a tracking number, once the shipment has been dispatched.

Please allow an average processing time of approximately 2–3 weeks. All artworks and prints are produced individually for each order and require a drying and curing time of at least 48–72 hours before safe and secure packaging and shipment is possible. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support.

NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

When placing your order, please take sufficient time to ensure that all personal information and the delivery address provided are complete and correct.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, import taxes, and local or state taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for all applicable fees.

Shipping providers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx or other international carriers may contact you directly to collect any outstanding fees or taxes. Failure to pay required customs duties or taxes may result in delivery delays. Returns due to unpaid customs duties or taxes are expressly excluded.

We expressly disclaim any liability, responsibility or costs (including shipping costs, additional shipping costs or replacement shipments) arising from incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address and requires reshipment, additional shipping costs and/or international taxes may apply. These costs shall be borne in full by the customer.
