Please note that all artwork, prints and products on this website www.froosty.com and by the artist and creator FROOSTY® – Christian Kernchen are printed and produced exclusively on request. This means that there is expressly no possibility of return, exchange or refund after a sale has been completed.

Please always inspect your item immediately after receiving your order to check whether it is damaged or if an incorrect item has been delivered, so that we can assess and resolve the issue without delay.

Damaged artworks, prints and products purchased and paid for via our website and shop www.froosty.com may be replaced only if all relevant conditions are fulfilled and sufficient evidence is provided.

Please understand that we are unable to carry out extensive inspections remotely.

For this reason, all damaged products must be returned to us for inspection and possible replacement. A written notification together with comprehensive photographic documentation of the damage must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item. After this 14-day period has expired, replacement is no longer possible.

Disclaimer: We expressly assume no liability for transport damage of any kind caused by third parties or shipping service providers.

If your complaint and return request has been reviewed and approved by us in writing, you will be notified by e-mail and receive a return label together with further instructions.

Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
