I. COPYRIGHT & CREATIVE DEPTH

The creation of my works is a multi-stage, individually controlled process. Each piece is based on an original conceptual genesis and my personal artistic vision. The initial shaping is executed through complex, custom-developed "prompts" that define my aesthetic signature at the source. The transformation into a protected work of art is achieved through extensive digital post-production. In a process of digital composing, image fragments are deconstructed and manually modified using Adobe Photoshop® and Adobe Lightroom®. It is only through targeted lighting, color modulation, and manual retouching that the work acquires its unique expression and character. Due to this high degree of human creativity and manual finalization, the works reach the required level of originality (Schöpfungshöhe) to be protected as personal intellectual creations. Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law. By purchasing a work, you acquire exclusive physical ownership; all copyrights and usage rights remain with the author.

II. TRADEMARK LAW

The name FROOSTY® and the associated logo are legally protected registered trademarks. Use in commercial transactions by third parties is prohibited without an express license agreement. We consistently defend our brand identity against any form of unauthorized use or risk of confusion. Any unauthorized use or infringement will be legally prosecuted.

III. AI-DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I utilize generative AI systems as technical tools within the production process. Given the immense volume of images in the global digital space, it is technically impossible to proactively exclude every visual similarity with existing third-party works worldwide. In the event of potential copyright overlaps, I expressly refer to the duty to mitigate damages (Schadensminderungspflicht). I request that rights holders contact me directly in advance to clarify the facts and reach an amicable settlement. Liability for system-related similarities caused by the underlying AI algorithms is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
