2. Are the artworks limited or available as open editions?

Some artworks are offered as strictly limited editions, while others, particularly posters and selected motifs, are available as open editions. The respective edition type is clearly and bindingly stated on the product page. Limited editions are produced exclusively in the specified quantity and are not reprinted. Open editions are continuously available unless stated otherwise.

3. Are the art prints signed or certified?

Limited editions are signed, numbered and delivered with a certificate of authenticity. Details regarding signature, numbering and certification are clearly stated on the product page and are part of the delivery. Open editions, such as posters, are not numbered and are delivered without a certificate of authenticity.

4. What print quality and materials are used?

All artworks are produced as professional Giclée Fine Art prints on high-quality, age-resistant Hahnemühle Museum artist papers. Printing is carried out using a professional Canon system with twelve pigment-based inks. This combination ensures exceptional color accuracy, fine tonal gradations, outstanding detail and long-term durability, meeting international gallery and collector standards.

5. Do the art prints have a white border or are they printed edge-to-edge?

Depending on the artwork, prints may be produced with a white border or printed edge-to-edge. The respective product description is decisive. Individual requests are possible upon prior consultation. Please contact us in advance by email at contact (at) froosty (dot) com.

6. Are frames included in the delivery?

No. The artworks are generally offered without frames in order to allow maximum flexibility for individual presentation and framing. The product description may contain recommendations regarding suitable frame sizes. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance at contact (at) froosty (dot) com.

7. Can frames or professional framing be ordered?

Yes. Upon request, a suitable frame with or without a mat can be ordered for each artwork, poster or wall piece. Various colors, materials and finishes are available. Framing is arranged individually by prior agreement and is subject to an additional charge. Please contact us in advance at contact (at) froosty (dot) com.

8. How are the artworks shipped?

Shipping is carried out carefully, securely and according to transport requirements. Depending on the format, stable flat packaging or durable shipping tubes are used. Wherever possible, resource-efficient and recyclable packaging materials are employed. Shipping is carried out CO₂-neutral whenever feasible. National and international shipping is available.

9. How long does delivery take?

As each artwork is produced individually according to customer specifications, delivery times depend on the production partner, order volume and shipping destination. Delivery usually takes several business days and may extend to several weeks for commissioned or larger orders. Specific delivery times are stated on the product page and during checkout. You will be informed by email about relevant processing steps.

10. Do the colors match the product images shown online?

Color representation may vary depending on the device used, as monitors are individually calibrated and configured. The prints themselves are professionally color-managed to ensure the most accurate possible reproduction of the artwork.

11. May I use or resell the artworks commercially?

No. By purchasing an artwork, you acquire the physical artwork for private use only. All copyright and usage rights remain with FROOSTY® – Christian Kernchen, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any commercial use or resale is expressly prohibited.

12. Are commissioned works or custom requests possible?

Yes. Individual commissions and custom requests are possible following prior consultation, scheduling and a cost estimate. Please use our contact form or email us directly at contact (at) froosty (dot) com.

13. Are digital files, NFTs or cryptocurrencies accepted?

No. Digital files and NFTs are neither offered nor sold. Cryptocurrencies of any kind are not accepted. Only the payment methods displayed during checkout are available, such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung or other listed options.

14. Is a return or exchange possible?

No. All artworks, prints and posters are individually produced according to customer specifications and printed on site. For this reason, returns or exchanges are generally excluded.
