AUTHENTIC. Each limited edition is supplied with its own original Certificate of Authenticity on high-quality paper. A certificate is a key element of today’s art trade and serves as official proof that the work is genuine and authentic.

HIGH QUALITY. Limited editions offered on this website Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com are produced with premium archival inks on selected fine art papers from Hahnemühle’s museum-grade ranges, such as Photo Rag® 308 g/m² or Photo Rag Satin® 310 g/m².

2) RIGHTS

2.1 By purchasing a work of art, edition, design, product or other item via this website Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com and/or from its creator, author and artist FROOSTY® | Christian Kernchen, you acquire only simple ownership of the physical item (material property). No rights of use (copyright licence) are granted unless explicitly agreed in writing. Any private or commercial copying, reproduction, distribution, rental, advertising use, making available to the public, or any other analogue or digital exploitation in any form is expressly prohibited and will be pursued by legal means.

Upon completion of the binding purchase through full receipt of payment for the work/product purchased on this website Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com and from its creator, author and artist FROOSTY® | Christian Kernchen, you declare your unrestricted agreement with and recognition of our Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com Terms of Services & Conditions.

The resale of any acquired work of art, edition, design or product from this website Froosty.com and/or from the creator, author and artist FROOSTY® | Christian Kernchen is permitted only within the scope of a separate written contractual agreement.

2.2 The artist and author of all material on this website is FROOSTY® | Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com. The artist expressly reserves the right to use and exploit his photographs, prints, illustrations, paintings, designs, content, products, goods and works offered under the name FROOSTY | Christian Kernchen | Froosty.com in any other form and manner, including variations, representations, combinations, extended editions, open editions and additional sizes.

This includes, for example, offering and selling a limited edition in other previously not offered limited sizes, other shapes and/or formats portrait, landscape, square, etc., different combinations e.g., diptychs, triptychs or collages, excerpts and/or colour variants e.g., black & white instead of colour, and similar adaptations.

The artist furthermore expressly reserves the right to offer and sell the works as subsequent or non-limited Open Editions and to use the content for other/additional types of use, such as postcards, stickers, flyers, thank-you cards, mugs, clothing T-shirts, hoodies, etc., prints, interior products, and other merchandising purposes.

In addition, the artist reserves the unrestricted worldwide, temporal and local right to use all own content and products—photographs, prints, illustrations, paintings, designs, goods and works—for self-promotion and sales purposes, including publication and presentation in books, magazines, journals, e-papers, newsletters, on the internet and on websites own or third-party in any form and manner.
