Shipping conditions of FROOSTY - Christian Kernchen


FROOSTY - Christian Kernchen are happy to accept most of worldwide orders.


PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All of our artworks and prints are unique, made to order for our customers and are hand-signed. It is very important to us to ship them safely to you, our customers, nationally and internationally as soon as possible after receipt of the order with our professional partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx and other international providers. Unfortunately, as a small brand, we are also dependent on our shipping service providers and their processing times. As a customer, you will always be informed immediately by email about the current processing status and shipping date, including the tracking number, so that you can track the goods yourself.

Please allow us a processing time of around 2-3 weeks, as our artworks and prints are printed and produced individually for you to order and also require a corresponding drying time of at least 48-72 hours before we can ship them safely packaged to you. We thank you for your patience, understanding and support!


NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

When placing your order, please take sufficient time to check that all the information and delivery address you have provided is correct.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, import taxes and local/state or other taxes. In all cases, you as the buyer are responsible for all applicable fees. Our shipping and courier services DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx and other international providers will contact you - personally and directly - in this case and notify you and request the appropriate payment. If you do not pay the applicable duties and taxes, your shipment will be delayed and we expressly do not accept returns due to customs fees or taxes.

Please understand that we expressly waive any liability, responsibility and costs (such as: shipping costs, additional shipping costs or replacement of items) that could not be delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer at the time of ordering.

Should your order be returned to us and need to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges and/or international taxes will apply, which you as the customer will be responsible for in full.
